Why is my heat pump running but the air coming out is not cold?
That usually means the indoor fan is operating but the heat pump is not completing the cooling cycle. If the air is only a few degrees cooler than the room after 10 to 15 minutes of running, service is usually needed.
If my heat pump is iced up, will it start cooling again after it thaws?
